- 1. Ensure an Employee Assistant Program(EAP) is in place
2. Measures to increase job satisfaction and employee engagement;
3. Provide an environment that respects and protects basic civil, political, socio-economic, and cultural rights.
4. Ensure effective communication, transparency, involve people in decision making, ensure a certain level of control/autonomy in his or her workplace
5. Prevention of work overload and burnout – ensuring work-life balance
6. improvement of job attitudes – non-abusive supervision, non-discriminative, fair, supportive, inclusive
7. Measures to reduce co-worker conflicts
8. Recognizing achievements and rewarding
9. Employee development programs
10. Anti-discrimination laws and campaigns, sexual harassment prevention
11. Social activities to bring people together, and families
12. Social responsibility awareness: behavior and moral education
